PME Certification
The company must be recognized as a Micro, Small or Medium Enterprise (SME) and have a valid and up-to-date SME Electronic Certification issued by IAPMEI.
Regularized Status
The company must have its tax and contribution situation regularized with the Tax Authority and Social Security.
Headquarters and Location
The company must be legally constituted and headquartered in mainland Portugal, carrying out its activity in one of the NUTS II regions.
Positive Equity
The company must present a balanced economic and financial situation, namely having positive equity in the last accounting year.
Organized Accounting
The company must have organized accounting, complying with current legal and tax regulations.
Registration with RCBE
It is mandatory that the company is registered in the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (RCBE).
